1. The Phoenix Gift Card is a single-time load card ( non-reloadable )
2. The Phoenix Gift Card is valid across all Phoenix Malls Pan India
3. The balance on these cards can be redeem at any of the Phoenix Malls across India
4. The minimum load value per Gift Card is Rs. 1000 and the maximum value per Gift Card is Rs. 10,000
5. Cash withdrawal / Transfer is not allowed. In case of refund, it will be refunded to the source account holder i.e., Purchaser of the Gift Card
6. You may request revalidation or a new gift card any time after the expiry
