What Is Phoenix Gift Card?
The Phoenix Gift Card is a prepaid card which cannot be reloaded. It's a onetime load card. It is a financial instrument which can be preloaded with a designated amount in Indian Rupees for subsequent use as per cardholder's requirement.
Where Can I Use the Gift Card?
Card can be used at all merchant outlet that accepts Rupay cards in Phoenix Marketcity (Mumbai, Chennai, Pune and Bangalore) Phoenix Palassio Lucknow, Phoenix United (Lucknow & Bareilly), Phoenix Palladium Mumbai, Phoenix Citadel Indore, Phoenix Palladium Ahmedabad, Phoenix Mall of Asia Bangalore & Phoenix Mall of Millennium Wakad only. The card cannot be used to withdraw cash.
How Does the Gift Card Work?
Every time the gift card is used, the purchase amount is deducted automatically from the card balance. When you swipe the card at any POS machine, the machine will prompt for PIN. Enter your Gift card PIN details to complete the transaction
How to Use the Gift Card at POS?
Swipe the card & input the purchase amount, the terminal will prompt for a PIN. User to punch in the correct PIN. Once the Pin is verified the transaction is authenticated / approved.
What Is the Validity of The Gift Card?
The validity of the card is three years from the date card is printed.
Can The Gift Card Value Be Topped Up?
This is a single load card, and the value of the card cannot be re-loaded.
Are There Any Charges for Using This Gift Card?
No, there are no charges for using this card. If there are any merchant charges/fees, it will be directly debited from your card on every transaction. Charges are subjective to change from time to time.
Where Can I Buy a Phoenix Gift Card?
You can purchase The Phoenix gift card at any of the Phoenix Malls located across Mumbai, Chennai, Pune, Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Indore, Lucknow & Bareilly and Online (Respective Malls Website).
Are KYC Documents Required for Purchasing the Gift Card?
No KYC documents are required to purchase the gift card.
Why Am I Being Asked for The Details of The Person Whom I Wish to Gift the Card To?
The Receiver details are required as all communication regarding their gift card activation and transactions will be sent to their contact details in future.
In How Much Time Will My Gift Card Be Loaded from The Time of Activation?
The card will be activated immediately on payment confirmation.
How Do I Check my Gift Card Balance?
IVRS: Call the support number (printed on the back of the card) using your registered mobile number to check the balance on the card.
Concierge: The cardholder can share the Kit Number at the concierge and check their card balance.
SMS: After every spend transaction, the cardholder gets an SMS with the amount spent and the available card balance.
What Do I Do When the Gift Card Limit Has Been Exhausted?
The card can no longer be used.
What Should I Do to Prevent Unauthorized Usage If I Lose the Gift Card?
IVRS: Call the support number (printed on the back of the card) registered mobile number to block and hotlist the card.
How Do I Use the Money on My Blocked Gift Card?
The blocked card cannot be used however a new Gift Card will be issued.
Is There a Charge on A New Card for Issuance If My First Card Is Stolen?
You need to inform Customer support number to understand the process and way forward.
Can I Transfer Funds from One Gift Card to Another?
No, the funds cannot be transferred in normal case scenario.
Is There a Limit to Value of Shopping for A Day?
There is no limit to the value of shopping for a day. You can shop until the balance amount in the card is exhausted.
Can An Expired Gift Card Be Exchange for A New Gift Card?
No, an expired card cannot be exchanged for a new gift card.
Can I Use the Gift Card for Online Transaction?
No, the card can only be used for POS transaction at Phoenix Malls across India.
How Many Gift Cards Can I Buy at One Go?
An Individual can buy maximum 20 Gift cards in a financial year with maximum amount of INR 10000 each.
What is the minimum and maximum load value of the Gift Card?
The minimum load value starts with Rs 1000 & maximum load value upto Rs 10,000 per card.
What If the Purchase Value at The Brand Store Is Higher Than the Gift Card Value?
The balance can be paid by the customer in any accepted mode of payment at the vendor.
Can Any Item Purchased Through Phoenix Gift Card Can Be Returned or Exchanged?
Yes, any item purchased through PGC can be returned or exchanged as per the return policy of the brand /store.
How Many Numbers of Gift Cards Can Be Consolidated to Make A Purchase?
Any number of gift cards can be consolidated to make the purchased as per the payment policy of the brand/store.

How do I change my address post purchase of Gift Card?
Cannot be done. An address confirmation pop up is shown in the portal for checking the courier address for final confirmation.

A Welcome Note, the Card and a Pin Mailer.
How to track the Gift Card delivery?
On the customer portal (on all the Phoenix websites) in card purchase history the AWB number is provided. Once the user clicks on that they will be redirected to the courier partner's webpage for tracking the card.
How to check the Gift Card Purchase History?
Customer Journey (on all the Phoenix websites) > Card Purchase History Tab > Enter Purchaser's Mobile Number > Validate with OTP > Card Purchase History is shown
How to activate the Gift Card if purchased online?
The cards are dispatched in an activated state. The cardholder does not need to activate the cards.
What if the purchased Gift Card is not working?
If AID, MID & TID issue: Please report to the mall authorities. The mall authorities can whitelist the AID, MID & TID.
Any Other Issue: Write to us or call us on the support number (both are mentioned on the back of the card)
How do I reschedule my Gift Card delivery?
Card Delivery cannot be rescheduled. The delivery will be attempted a maximum of 3 times and then RTO (as per standards).
Can I cancel my Gift Card purchase?
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
The purchaser can update the Receiver mobile number though.
